Fun game, Lousy Customer Service Game is pretty fun and unique. Amongst strategy mobile mmos, has strong RPG elements in that you build your fleets from unique ships. (Not say eg 10,000 frigates, 20,000 battleships) You also can also customize your ship equipment. (Unique point vs other space strategy mobile mmos, and also non-space themed)
Gacha for ships is pretty brutal and not too generous. Apart from the “common” SSR, the rarer ships like Zeus or Hunter has extremely low drop rate. Also, each individual ship drop rate is not transparent (eg Nebula vs Undead Zeus) I literally maxed 2-3 Nebulas and still no Zeus dropped. Argo, Hunter nor Desoi also never dropped from “normal” pulls for me.
Game-pace is pretty slow-paced. Certain materials or locked behind paywall or events and is pretty stingy. (Getting first in event only rewards 200 purple upgrade materials?)
Customer service is also rubbish. Requested for an extremely not-unreasonable request (nothing gamebreaking nor greedy), but reply was extremely slow and also just pretty much “nope, too bad”. Was even considered to be spending quite a bit as I was top 4 in System.
Teach your customer service people to be more generous and have more goodwill. Keep your “paying” customers happy and they will continue spending. Annoy them and they will bring their wallet somewhere else. Business 101. Even if you come back after, it leaves a bad taste in the mouth and makes it seems like the customer was “begging”.
