This could be a good and convenient app The app UI overall is fine. I mainly use the app bc I have to travel a lot and the prices of highway bus have gonna up quite a bit so I started using the app to get points.
However the app has so many small inconveniences that add and make the experience frustrating. 1) There are some things you cannot do that need to be done in a browser which is not made clear in the app (example: using the recovery password and making a new password, you can request the recovery passcode in app but when using that password you cannot continue in app and you can only do it in the browser off the app). 2) I’m logged into the app on the homepage but when I purchase a ticket I need input my login info again… it is very annoying and inconvenient. I’m already logged in and don’t want to waste my time doing it again. 3) Why is my credit card info not saved? I created an account and downloaded the app but I have to input my credit card information every time. Do what other companies and apps do and save the users login and credit card info so they don’t have to enter each time. 4) Add 2FA for users who want extra protection an option for those who want it and don’t. That is how the app should handle 2) and 3). 5) THE POINTS! It is our points why can we not just use them all? It is so dumb, greedy, inconvenient and annoying when companies only allow you to use points in increments. What’s the point of giving out points if you can’t use them all? I have 84 points but can only use up to 80… so I have 4 points but can’t use? Why did you even give me those. Give the customers more freedom. I had this app at 2 stores until writing this last part about the points but as I think about how dumb a decision it is about not allowing the customers to use all their points at once I think this app should only be 1 star until that is fixed.
