Learn about depression I expected a strange cute game about caring for a girl like a tamagotchi and I got an engaging game that teaches about depression, what it’s like and how to build up confidence to escape. Ok, it’s not super accurate but there’s relatable content in here and it’s a great way to get people started on learning about it.
Beginning the game, there is a strange story but it soon settles in to a regular timed clicker game, but looking carefully at the options on the screen you can see that it is playing thr long game, there are things here which you can’t achieve for a long way into the game and this helps encourage you to play and get involved in the girl’s story. I find myself really wanting her to get the confidence to leave her house and take her places. I want to see her happy.
The conversations you have with her are fun explorations of her character and don’t always affect your relationship with her. That I like. It takes he tension off the encounter and you can explore her feelings through the interaction. I wish there was a way to get money quicker as the working mini games are too simple o hold my attention for long, but I really like this game
