We are sorry for your negative experience with our app.

First of all, please, try all the following steps:
- to turn off your WiFi \ Internet connection and then turn it on again;
- just unplug the WIFI router, and then, you plug it back in again;
- force your game to close;
- try to use a different WiFi spot to check if everything is fine with yours
