Free & Personal Package:
Our free package allows up to 10 total videos, unlimited text messaging and up to 5 voiceovers/30 days. Upgrade for just $4.99/month or $49.99/year to manage up to 500 HD videos & files.
Coach Package:
$29.99/month for an unlimited number of athletes/players/clients/students for 1 coach.
Academy Package:
$69.99/month for an unlimited number of athletes/players/clients/students and includes 3 coach accounts.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation. Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

- とても役に立った 立ち幅跳びの動作解析で使いました
角度まで出していただけるのでデータを取るのがはかどりました
- 使い勝手はいいが…… ここしばらく自分の投球フォームを確認するために使っています。使ってみてわかったことは、使い勝手はとてもいいです。
しかしながら、登録の際や普段使う時、よく分からんチャットのところなど、全て英語で重要な部分がわからん。慣れれば多分すごくいいアプリなんだろうけど、今現段階では慣れれてないのでとても困ります。
日本語搭載されるといいなって思います。
I've been using it to check my pitching form for a while. What I found after using it is that it is very easy to use.
However, I don't know all the important parts in English, such as when registering, when I use it everyday, and chatting that I don't know well. If you get used to it, it's probably a very good app, but I'm in a lot of trouble because I'm not used to it at this stage.
I hope it will be installed in Japanese.

- $ Subscription $ Immediately when you get into the app they are trying to get you into a subscription so that you can get access to all of the features. I received a message from the previous app that I was using
( Hudl ) Saying that this app had bought them out in that I’d be able to transfer my videos to the new app. OnForm limited the videos I’d be able to import, unless I signed up for the subscription. I couldn’t wait to delete this app! I’m surprised I didn’t have to subscribe to delete it

You don't need to do a subscription to import your Hudl Technique videos. You can simply migrate all of your content across, no restrictions whatsoever.
Any videos that you record over and above your imported content is restricted to 10 free videos. You can use the app forever without paying anything so long as you keep within the 10 video limit (excluding your Hudl Technique content).
The Hudl Technique was free but the app was crumbling. The previous company did not maintain or invest in the app. We stepped in to give those users another app to transition their content over if that's to their liking.
As for why we charge a monthly fee, when you subscribe to our personal or coach packages, you get the ability to record and import unlimited videos. Storing videos can get very expensive and your small fee helps us offset those costs. Plus, it helps us continue to improve the OnForm app and offer innovative features, such as Practice Partner Feature (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lDj9zGhENBg).
Finally, from a business standpoint, we are dedicated to serving you over the long-term. For that, we need to able to build a sustainable business allowing us to fund the development of cutting-edge features, like Automatic Swing Detection, Practice Partner, Voice Dictation, Robust communication tools, Cloud storage etc. We will be taking the OnForm video analysis coaching platform further than anyone else thus delivering more and more value to you as time goes on.
