There was no new price displayed, and there was a screenshot from when I purchased it, so even if I said I had proof, they wouldn't take it.
I searched on Travelco and found it was the cheapest, so I tried using it, but in the end I think Trip.com was cheaper.

Charged 6,437 yen to fix a simple name error I booked a flight via Gotogate, and the system reversed my name (first and last name). This was not my mistake, but a common issue with how third-party sites handle Vietnamese names.
Still, Gotogate asked me to pay 6,437 yen just to fix the name, even though the airline would do it for free if booked directly.
Terrible customer service, unhelpful and money-driven. I will never use this app again!
