Works perfectly now After fixing my Yale lock issue all works well. One suggestion, it needs unlock and lock button all the time. If a lock reads as unlocked when locked, you cannot unlock it. Unlike the old app that let you unlock or lock anytime.
Oh well I’ve been using smartthings app for quite a while. it’s going through a lot of changes that are not very user-friendly. I understand software and hardware companies are difficult to maintain.
So in this latest release, I can’t even login to my SmartThings account. I can do it on the web, but I can’t do it on the app.
I’m sure this is just a temporary thing but as a UX/UI designer that works with large tech companies alongside developers. This is incredibly bad. It is my hope that Samsung gets their act together and doesn’t really is broken products.
Crashes I hate this app. It’s so much worse than the Family Hub app. All this app does is open for a second, than immediately crash. Can’t even be used.
Samsung’s new tagline should be, “Samsung: Downgraded Apps For All.”
