概要
SpeechifyアプリとSafari拡張機能は、文字情報を音声で読み上げ、インタラクティブなオーディオブックに変換します。これにより、読書に割く時間を大幅に節約し、より多くの情報を保持し、集中力を維持することができます。Speechifyを使えば、料理やエクササイズをしながら、または通勤・通学時など、さまざまな活動をしながら、本や、書類、記事などを簡単に聞くことができます。

- The Best thing since sliced bread! This a great tool to get through all the books I would like to get through! I see a lot of room for improvement; for example, I study Biblical Hebrew, if there’s away the app will automatically switch between different languages as it process the information, this app will even more powerful!!! This app is amazing!!
- Issue: Punctuations not properly read! The app generally is well made, but I have one huge problem; the punctuations are not being properly read at all.
The colons, semicolons and dashes are skipped over as if there wasn’t even a space between the two words that precede and follow these punctuations, thus making it extremely difficult to follow the meaning of the sentence and I have to repeatedly check and read the text myself. This obviously greatly diminishes the quality of the listener experience. I thought this issue would be fixed if I bought the premium version, but it isn’t! Please address this issue ASAP; it shouldn’t be a difficult issue to fix at all.
I also notice some simple words being mispronounced, such as mRNA being read “MER-na” and “prophesies” being read “pro-fe-SIZE”. Ridiculous.
- Excellent apps, but difficult to use I tried to scan a chapter of a book or even a single page our of a journal, but it didn’t work for me all the time I tried (probably worked 2 out of 10 attempts). After adding scanned pictures, it once said “file is ready to listen’ then the next second it said processing 0% (with loading icon on the file) and I couldn’t open or listen to it. It takes me lots of my time to be able to have one complete file of 1 single page (which it’d be faster if I read it myself)
I’m not sure what’s the problem.
I’d be happy to subscribe this apps, if this problem got fixed.
