デベロッパの回答 、 Hello! Apologies for the issue you have encountered. Kindly note that the Learning Games app contains three sections now: Progress with Oxford, Classroom and Playground. Progress with Oxford and Classroom are still in development process so there is only Math and Numbers subsections available there, and so far in English only, but there will be more soon. Meanwhile, Playground section is fully developed and it contains lots of educational games, cartoons and songs for your child to benefit from. If you have problems accessing any of the above mentioned activities, please contact us at support@intellectokids.com and we'll do our best to resolve the issue quickly!

Intellecto team need to fix the following problem: 1) free trial button. Actually it is not a free trial button. It will deduce directly from your account once you click the button. It is confusing. When can I get the refund?
2) As i uninstall the apps, then reinstall the apps on the same device, it need to start from the beginning as the previous subscription is missing and it charge you with another subscription fee. I would like to get my money? Where can i get the refund.
The apps is good but you guys need to fix these issues.
デベロッパの回答 、 Hello! Thanks for reaching out. Please take note that we only offer 7-day free trial with the weekly subscription. If you choose a yearly subscription plan, you will be charged at once. You can see the warning right under the free trial button, and clicking on the button opens an Apple window, where you can also see the description of subscription and free trial terms. If you would like to cancel your subscription and get a refund, please contact us at support@intellectokids.com and we'll resolve the issue as soon as possible. We usually respond within 24 hours.
