I lost my data and can’t restore my purchase After updating to ver.4.0.0, my data was lost because I didn’t make my account. And somehow I can’t restore my purchase. The error message says ’You already used this subscription on another account’ but I didn’t make any ELSA account yet. My monthly subscription have a week left so I want to restore my purchase!

Mmm… ELSA AI is the great way to practice speaking English. You can set up situations you want to try, and AI can recognize what you say and talk with you naturally. However, when it comes to pronunciation, I’m not satisfied with this app. You can check your own pronunciation, but it would be difficult to improve it with only this one because this app enables us to just know which words are pronounced incorrectly. There is no tip to pronounce words accurately. Therefore, I have to search for how to pronounce words correctly each time I make mistakes. If it were for free, I would like this app, but in reality I don’t.
