First of all, please, try all the following steps: - to turn off your WiFi \ Internet connection and then turn it on again; - just unplug the WIFI router, and then, you plug it back in again; - force your game to close; - try to use a different WiFi spot to check if everything is fine with yours

Some issues are caused by a lack of RAM. These can be fixed by restarting the device. Also you can try to clear the cache for the app. If you need more help, please contact us at support@keiki.app.
