Terrible costumer service and forced game termination It’s a good game but the costumer service is terrible. I could not enter level 286 and have been forced out the game every time I tried to enter the level so I contacted costumer service. After a few days’ waiting all I received was a set of copy-paste pre-written recommendations such as relaunch the game and update to the latest version...I told her I have tried everything I could but the issue cannot be solved. Then it’s another few days’ waiting only to get the reply that the game is not launched in China mainland so they could do nothing about the slow operation. I cannot describe how disappointed I felt when I saw the reply. First of all, without any further questioning, she assumed I somehow downloaded the game from China mainland App Store or ran the game under Chinese network, which is not true at all. Secondly, I was offended and felt discriminated by the language she used, as if she’s saying it’s not our fault that the game is not operating smoothly but YOUR responsibility to download/run it in China mainland. Thirdly, when I replied to explain the game was downloaded from Japan App Store and has been run under Australian network, she promptly closed the ticket! I really love the game but I am afraid I have to delete it since there is no way I can continue playing it and it was deemed unresolvable and unrelated to the developer. Really, really terrible costumer service experience. Very rude and irresponsible.
