Persistent Login Issues and Support Troubles: Seeking Assistance Hello,
I am currently experiencing persistent issues when trying to log into (restore) my account. Each time, I receive the error message "Restore failed, something went wrong, try again."
I have made multiple login attempts and even deleted and reinstalled the app, but the problem persists. (By the way, I have not forgotten my password and have a backup on iCloud.)
Unfortunately, my attempts to contact support through the "Contact Support" feature in the app have been unsuccessful. The ticket page briefly appears before abruptly closing.
I sought help on the Worldcoin Discord community support channel. Someone suggested trying to access "World App Settings Support," but I cannot do so without logging in.
Another person advised shaking my phone to report the problem. This action did bring up a feedback page, but when I tried to send a message through it, I received an "Error sending report (7002)" message.
I'm currently stuck and unsure about my next steps to solve the problem. Is there a direct way to reach the app team for assistance?
Issue: Worldcoin App Not Opening for Over 6 Months The Worldcoin app has not been opening on my device for about six months. When I tap the app icon, a white screen with the Worldcoin logo appears for a brief moment, but then it immediately returns to the home screen. I have tried reinstalling the app multiple times and restarting my device repeatedly, but the issue persists. I initially tried reaching out to the official support team, but their responses felt automated and unhelpful, as if the person replying didn’t fully understand the issue.
Despite this, I’ve patiently waited for an improvement because I believe in the future of Worldcoin and have invested in it. I also hoped that upcoming app updates would resolve the issue. At this point, I kindly request a proper response or action from your side. I would truly appreciate it if someone could look into this seriously and help me resolve the issue.

(もう結果がわかんないので、サポートできないです みたいなニュアンス)" で公式のヘルプセンターに記載がありました。現状は、今まで貯めていたトークンは手をつけられない状態となっていることに憤りを感じます。確かに無料で配布されていたものですが、個人の資産であることに変わりがないと思うからです。 また、トークンの送信などについてはTerms and Conditionをご覧ください、と案内されていますが、そもそもアプリを開くことができないため、確認もできません。オンラインで探せる資料は文字化けがあって見ることもできない。 また、虹彩認証をしているにもかかわらず、アカウントの削除方法などを明確にせず、てきとうに対処している感が否めない。生体認証はユニークで、とても貴重なプライバシーのため、すごく不信感を覚えます。 Tools for Humanityなのに、全ての人が公平に使えないツールなんて滑稽ですよね。
Feb 15: I have updated both my iOS and the app to the latest version, but I still cannot open the app. What should I do with the tokens I have received so far, as well as those I was unable to receive?
Feb 9: It’s been almost two months, and I am still experiencing the same issue. The developers team asked me to try using a different device, but I only have one iPhone, just like many others. Not everyone has an iPad, tablet, or multiple smartphones. Many users are discussing the same situation, yet you haven't updated the app in over a month. I've been unable to recieve my grants for two months now, and there is no way for me to send inquiries since I can't even open the app, as I've mentioned before. This is very frustrating, and I feel that you are being irresponsible.I want to ensure that I can request the grant I was supposed to receive.
January 6: The developer team always responds to me in the same way: either they suggest inquiring about the app (I kept saying I cannot open the app in the first place though), recommending that I delete and reinstall it, or advising me to reboot my phone. I've tried all of their suggestions, but nothing has worked. I've also reached out to them on X and Instagram, as well as through their support account; however, they respond randomly and I rarely get a reply. Even though this is just a token, it is still financially related, and my iris data was used to set up my account. This has caused me to feel a sense of distrust, prompting me to consult with the Federal Trade Commission. I have also spoken with the Senior Manager of the App Support team at Apple.
January 3, 2025: I am supposed to receive the grant tomorrow, but the situation hasn't been updated. Do I need to miss this month's grant?
December 30: I have been trying to delete the app and reinstall it, as well as rebooting my phone, but nothing helps.
December 24: I have updated the app but it’s not fixed yet.
December 22: I can’t even get the app to open and how am I supposed to ask them anything? I have already updated to the latest version. Fyi, iOS is the latest version as well. I also did delete the app and re-download.
December 16: I’ve been trying to open the app since yesterday, but it keeps crashing. I wanted to send inquiries, but the only way to do that is through the app. What should I do?
