Great costumer service The app is great and if you were looking for it then you probably know why it is so helpful. What I want to highlight is the costumer service: 5 stars !! I had a bad experience with Wise, a similar app and wasted some money just because they don’t have what Revolut does: an accesible costumer service chat in the app! So don’t be afraid of use it, something country regulations can make it more difficult that it has to be but this team will help you
Unreliable money transfer I have been using Revolut in Japan for about 1 and half year. I was happy back then when I did not face any issues with the money transfer function. Two weeks ago, all my transfer transaction failed. The customer support was not particularly helpful. They have suggested solutions such as updating app, change passcode, etc which did not work at all. After talking to them for two weeks, they have come to back to me and said they cannot do anything about the transfer issue. I am very disappointed by how they handle the issue and particularly unhappy by the support.
