Stop using this app or their website I've been a victim for twice now. I searched for a certain date, then I changed some entries on the search tab - knowing that the date is still the flight date that I input. Because of trust, I didn't check for everything upon payment; only to find out that the booked flight is a month before my input flight. It happened twice. What kind of system does that - changing entries of the flight without any confirmation? And when you seek for their help, they'll charge you another 100% price more. Just download Trip.com, or Expedia they're much more trustworthy than this garbage.
Mr From booking to checking in to the respect of orders placed during booking Jet star has been on point since I started using it via the app some 4 years ago. Most of their flights too strictly adhere to time. There’s not been any entertainments in the flights that I have boarded. Perhaps the aircrafts were strictly designed for short distances that do not really require entertainment on board.
