7% Refund 詐欺 >> 100% Refund +α I bought SAS flights tickets for €1,604.88, and a few weeks later Kiwi notified me all my flights got canceled by the carrier. The refund amount depends on the carrier’s policy. SAS states they will refund the full amount if the flights got canceled by them. After 3 months, I just got a message from Kiwi the amount I will receive is €110. This is absurd. I doubt Kiwi is a legitimate company. Or a scam UPDATE: I wasted 4 months of my vain contacts with its ever changing Support personnels on Kiwi app. After I left the above negative review, I finally got to talk to someone who could monitor my case and has an compassion and an authority to make a decision. It still took several steps but he eventually refunded me the whole amount + gave me €25 Kiwi credit as a act of goodwill. Book airline tickets in GW on ANA official way, and on the way back, book ANA tickets at kiwi.com via Skyscanner.
