Zero star Please read about my worst Apple experience. After purchasing a new iPhone 14 pro max, I was about to trade in my 13 pro max, when I had a problem, I called Apple support 3 times, but they hung up on me, gave me wrong information, and after talking for a few hours, they said it was ok and that they could fix the problem, but after a few hours, I got into incredible trouble that my trade-in was cancelled. The reason is because of the mistake of the Apple support staff, but I had to take responsibility for everything. And all 4 staff members were not knowledgeable enough and told me different things. I was shocked at the low level of support! This was the worst Apple experience I have ever had. Please do something Apple!
