マレーシア旅行にて 記載日:2024年10月 携帯機種:iPhone12 mini マレーシア到着後に、アプリのガイドに従ってHolaflyのデータローミングをオンにしましたが、右上に5Gと表示されるものの全くインターネットに繋がりませんでした。その日はなんとかホテルに行き(主回線の方のデータローミングを使った)、ホテルのwifiを使ってサポートセンターにチャットで連絡しました。日本語を指定したからか分かりませんが、返信は2時間後ぐらいに返ってきました。それから、サポートセンターの指示に従い何度も何度も(5,6回)前のeSiMを削除して、新しくeSiMをインストールしてを繰り返しました。QEコードで読み込んだり、手動で打ったりしていると、理由は分かりませんが、突然繋がりました。 今回の件では、インターネットが使えなかったことにより、1日不便な生活でしたが、サポートセンターが根気強く対応してくれたのと、最終的にはインターネットに繋がったので星4にしています。
Scam | 詐欺です I was using Holafly comfortably until 2025 Feb for a few trip. The network was so fast & the customer support was so efficient.
However, this time, I purchased their eSIM for a travel in UAE & Asia and it caused me a headache a lot.
UAE: Slow but still I could beat with it. After using, I tried to install the invoice for a company reimbursement but my UAE eSIM was still in “currently under use” section (it had been 14 days after expiration) so I couldn’t download my invoice. The customer support didn’t understand what I said until I shared the same screenshot twice & explain the situation 3 times. And their English was HORRIBLE AND RUDE. And still now I haven’t received my invoice.
Asia: I couldn’t use the eSIM. It’s not “slow,” it wasn’t working AT ALL. I contacted the customer support & did everything what they said but still didn’t work. And they forced to terminate the conversation before it’s solved. I needed to purchase another eSIM - of course from a different vendor. I requested a refund & received an email saying “We just wanted to let you know that a ticket has been created to follow up on your refund request, in which you will be able to monitor the status of the process. In a few minutes, you receive the message in your email, please check all your folders including SPAM.” It’s been 12 days since I received that email and I haven’t received ANYTHING, even an email that they said it would be sent “in a few minutes.”
I told that to the customer support again and they said “Please hold on for a moment while one of our representatives joins the chat. Please note that the time of waiting could be in a couple of hours. Thank you for your understanding! “
So much time, energy, & money wasting. I feel like there has been some major changes in Holafly operation team during 2025 Q1. Anyways whatever the reason is, I’m not using Holafly anymore & I hope less people experience the same thing as me.
