  • Really great I've only been using it for about a week, but so far I'm satisfied. First, it's very easy to install, and fast. I'm currently in Bangkok, Thailand and using a regional package. AIS is selected for the line. Though I guess the speed may change depending on the time, it is about 70M bps. I purchased an additional package to check the operation when adding a package. I was worried at the time of purchase, but I received an email 3 days before the switch. "Your Asialink package will expire in 3 days. Don't worry - your charge package will be automatically activated when your current package expires." I can't judge it until it actually switches, but it's a mail that reassures the user. It's probably not necessary once we get used to it, though.

  • Best service ever! 素晴らしいすぎる！ This app will be my travel buddy!
    I am Japanese and I have traveled to many countries. Before Airalo, I had to think about where to buy a SIM card, struggle with long lines, pay random fees, etc.

    Airalo came to simplify everything. I went to Thailand, and just before my departure (YES, INSIDE THE PLANE), I bought an eSIM for my trip.

    Installation was super easy. When I landed in Thailand and turned on my phone, the magic happened. Inside the aircraft, I could connect to the network and use my phone online without any problems. Everything was so smooth.

    After returning to Japan, I deleted the eSIM, and my life was back to normal. No strange fees and no roaming. PERFECT!!!

    I recommend this app to anyone who will travel. Having a functional online smartphone is essential for any trip. Forget about connecting to random Wi-Fi networks and have safe internet with you!

    From iPhone XR and up, eSIM is available. Please give it a shot!

  • サポートが最悪 これまでAiraloを頻繁に利用させていただいていました。過去にも一度通信状況が悪い時がありましたがお問い合わせをし‏、‎すぐにサポートいただき解決しました。
    今回シンガポールのeSIMが繋がらずサポート頂き一時的に繋がりましたが‏、‎翌日からまた繋がらなくなりお問い合わせをしたところ数時間経っても返信がなく、しまいには「本日活、サトルで達。今すずうっとうりりや、♥つまみみおい。」という意味不明のメッセージが届きました。繋がらない&返信もなく使用していないデータ分だけでも返金して欲しいと伝えたところ、返信はなく、しかし翌朝起きて確認するとア‏プリ‎のMyeSIMから消えており通信も圏外となっていました。返金・返信なくで‏す‎。これまでAiraloさんには大変お世話になり、今後の旅行分も先にいくつかeSIMを購入している状況で‏す‎が‏、‎こ‏の‎ようなご対応に大変がっかりしました。
    正直あまりにも酷い対応かと思いま‏す‎。
    リアルタイムでご返信はいただけていません。

    変なメッセージを送ってきたり、サポートの返信もなく解決法も教えてもらえず、返金もないままだデータが4/5も残っているeSIMを勝手に消されて、何が起きてるのが驚いている状況で‏す‎。

    早急なご返信、サポートをお願いしま‏す‎。
