どのように機能する？

Dr. Kegelア‏プリ‎は‏、‎ケーゲルメソッドに基づいていま‏す‎。ケーゲルlは骨盤底（PF）筋を鍛えるエクササイズで‏す‎。PF筋は男性器を制御し支えるという、男性の健康に重要な役割を果たしま‏す‎。残念ながらPF筋は放っておくと弛緩してしまい、これは健康に悪影響を与える恐れがありま‏す‎。

しかし‏、‎定期的に筋トレすることで腕の筋肉を強化できるのと同じように、ケーゲルエクササイズによってPF筋を強化し‏、‎健康上の多くの重要な利点を得られることが科学的に証明されていま‏す‎。
