help hi purchased the early subscription in May and today it kicked me out of my program completely and is asking me to resubscribe?? in my settings i can see im subscribed until may 2021, but the app is trying to make me pay again. how do i access my app without paying the yearly subscription again???
デベロッパの回答 、 Hello, There's no need to purchase a new subscription if you have an active one. If you appear to be logged out, please just insert your personal details as if you’re a new user, but when you get to the payment screen, click on the 'Restore purchase' button (at the bottom of the payment screen) to be able to get back to your account and continue using the app. We’re sorry for this temporary inconvenience.
