Dễ dùng Đôi khi hơi lag nhưng nhìn tổng thể khá dễ dùng, support tiếng Việt ổn. Cập nhật tỷ giá thường xuyên có tin nhắn về. Vô app là thấy luôn. Trước dùng Dcom mà phí cao nên chuyển sang Smiles dùng. Giờ dùng cũng đc 2 năm r ~~ Cám ơn Smiles, chúc các ad luôn dễ xương và tư vấn nhiệt tình như bây h nhé

Worst Staff response ever! This was the first and the last to be honest! The staff was blaming on me the whole time for the delay of there work, while i did accept my mistake(I sent money from my bank account to my husbands changing the senders name) and told them for this time please help and do the processing, they took hours and reasoned me, that it was because of sunday and the staff were low! That is not an excuse in any way and then when i called them to tell what i felt, a lady(Nepalese Staff) I asked her name because she was telling me she is the manager! She refused me the whole time, and when she couldn’t take the criticism she literally replied me,”maam tell us your other complains too, because we are here just to take your complains” what a response from a Manager! And when i said i was done talking with her, will be talking to the one who is actually is the manager(because she sounded god damn fake) The following happened! They first confirmed me that the deposit has been done and will take sometimes to show up in the application, i waited whole 2 hours and messaged them, they told me that they have put my deposit on hold!
I had to message so many other branches to have this matter solved, the staff from Canada (philippines) KUDOS to them! Appreciate thier patience and thier prompt response.
The one here in japan specially the species from my own country freaking failed! I wonder if all the staff from so many other countries working in the office of japan is same or just the so called “MANAGER”
The delaying could just take someones life or someone’s whole thing! Think flexibly! This will make you lose your customers only!!!
Mendukusai It said that my number etc didn’t match my address,when I try to fix and change it,but there’s no option where to go to fix it so I go there click there but there’s no specific option to go fix your problem the options there are very limited. and you have to direct to customer service which it may take times for sure, so ending I just delete the app, very hassle Instead I just use payforex app very easy there and within 1 day my registration complete even though registration usually takes 2-3 days.
