Great app to build up your running strength and to lose weight I have been using the app for 8 months and I love it! I have lost 10 kgs and can run now more than ever before.
You can do it! I started using this app after I became 30, and with the first training being run 1minute and walk 3. Now I can run 5k and soon 10k! You really can do it too!
