I stop after 13 years usage 1. The app price is not the best (in japan for sure ) 2. Upgrade as for gold is not follow by hotel 3. No customer service only chat with person who answer generic 4. Return of 10% is compensated by more expensive rate 5. Many bug about app and price change suddenly Clearly in japan you have better site but i was not taking the time to try ==> this is done!
I use more than 1000 booking over the years And when i want to complain about issue , no customer service I tell i use really a lot and will stop due to lack of service, than chat staff just say he understand … it is a joke. So now move all my booking to direct hotel site, and tell my employees to not use hotel.com in my company.

Cannot sign in; many error pages Have used this successfully for many years (before COVID). Now need to use again, and recently received an email with my reward history asking me to sign in for deals. However, cannot sign into the app or the website. Updated the app, removed the app and redownloaded, but still cannot sign in. Even tried to reset my password, received an email (with my name on it; so, I am still in the database, somewhere), but when I click the email it seems to open the app on my iPad but then only shows the "H" logo in the center of the screen and seems to freeze or hang as nothing changes and no place to click, no menus, no header, no app interface… just the "H" logo in the center of the screen. Not sure where or how to contact to report this.
