Garbage app I bought a ticket for the Tokyo exhibition. The app processed the purchase via Apple Pay and I received an email about the money withdrawn from the card company straight away. The app said it could not beam up the reservation after the purchase so if I did not get an email confirmation from them, I should try again. I took a screenshot of this glitch: the text they sent and the email address I registered. Then I proceeded to call the Tiffany desk in Tokyo, asking them to confirm my ticket. Still waiting. This system is a joke and I am out 2,000¥. Avoid this app at all cost: piece of garbage.
