Can’t even make a deposit Tried to make a deposit from credit card and it declined citing my account might be at risk and suspended it, despite just logging in with password and faceID on a recognized device. But ok, so I go to the e-mail and click the link and try to log in. Log in fails twice despite having my log in information all written down on paper. Reset the password and complete process of unsuspending my account. OK, so try again. Same thing happens and my account is suspended again!
Awful experience, I’ll just use another company.
Worst service They have maybe small fees, but worst customer support. They don’t care about customers and let them wait for days to weeks in a row with customer support. They keep telling to comeback in a week or so for results on issues. It a waste of time and energy to use this company. Would definitely not recommend them.
Answer to reply: Work on your customer service, have contacted you multiple times in two months, letting customer wait for reply that never come does not good. Bad service Binance!
