App not working Recently the app has stopped working immediately I purchased membership for one year. What’s happening with the app? Can you look into the problem please. I can’t follow my workout plan because of the failure. 😞😞

Cancel I was automatically registered for 13,400yen. Screen said you can cancel your subscription at any time. How can I cancel my subscription?
When I open the subscription screen, it says expires Nov 13,2020. And I can see select option. However there is no cancel subscription and I cannot choose cancel. Since there was a check at 13,400 yen, I removed that check. If I cannot cancel, I will be charged with an international lawyer.

デベロッパの回答 、 Hello, We are very sorry for the inconveniences. However, our users can go to Settings and choose any of the available subscription options, including the one with the free trial! Our app does not take any actions without the user's approval. Unfortunately, we do not handle refunds, nor do we settle billing-related disputes.
