デベロッパの回答 、 Hello shunichi_hira- Thank you for your feedback about the Jabra Sound+ app and your experience with the Jabra Elite 7 Active and Elite 8 Active. We are delighted that you find Jabra Sound+ easy to use and understand. We will certainly pass on your feedback about the Jabra Elite 8 Active not supporting MyFit or MySound like the Jabra Elite 7 Active to our App team so they can consider adding those functionalities to the Elite 8 Active.
About your concern about the Jabra Elite 8 Active's ANC functionality, we encourage you to see if Wind Noise Reduction is active on your device. When Wind Noise Reduction is on, your Jabra Elite 8 Active will detect and reduce wind noise to improve your call and audio experience. However, users may notice lower levels of ANC or HearThrough when wind noise is reduced. To turn off Wind Noise Reduction, connect your Jabra Elite 8 Active to the Sound+ app and navigate to the app's settings menu. Then, select Personalize your headset> Wind Noise Reduction.
For your comment about the Jabra Elite 8 Active audio volume being low, we suggest first trying the earbuds with another size eargel or even mixing and matching eargel sizes on your earbuds. You will want to find a fit that feels snug and secure. Having the right fit with your earbuds can make all the difference in the volume perception.
If trying other accessories does not help, there is an iPhone setting that can limit the maximum volume output to protect your hearing. Follow these steps to adjust this setting to increase loudness: - Go to "Settings" on your iPhone. - Select "Sounds & Haptics." - Tap on "Headphone Safety." - Disable the "Reduce loud sounds" option.
Please contact us if we can do anything else to help you make the most of your Jabra Elite 8 Active: https://bit.ly/46mqP7m. Our Suppor team is always happy to help.
Always "configuring" for the first few minutes upon opening Headset is connected already... Already listening to music. Open the app > "Configuring headset". Eventually this will stop and I get the settings and options I expect. Also can't control the multipoint connection from the app. It would be nice to be able to tell the headset to disconnect from other devices.
Update as response to the developer: Issues with "Configuring headset" should have nothing to do with Wi-fi or Cellular. This is a Bluetooth headset, the phone is in my hand and the 85t pods are less than 1m away in my ears. I have a strong LTE connection and WiFi 6 with a 1Gbps fibre internet connection anyway.
Also, I'm only connecting to one Jabra device (Elite 85t). But the 85t has multi-point. It can connect to two devices simultaneously. If the 85t is already connected to two other devices, the app is not able to get it to disconnect and reconnect to the device in my hand. Please look at how the "Bose Connect" app works as an example. That app can control a Bose headset's connections with other devices and allow a user to disconnect and connect at will. That way you don't need to hunt for the other device that your headset is connected to and turn off Bluetooth.
デベロッパの回答 、 Hello Shimojimatto- Thanks for your feedback about the Jabra Sound+ app; we appreciate it. We expect the Sound+ app to recognize and connect to your Jabra device within a few seconds of being open. The strength of your connection to WiFi or cellular data is relevant to the speed of the app connecting to your product. A stronger connection to WiFi or data will result in a faster connection time between Sound+ and your device. Furthermore, the Jabra Sound+ app is only able to connect to one Jabra device at a time. For this reason, you cannot switch the app from one connected Jabra device to another from inside the app. To switch Jabra devices, you will need to force-quit the Sound+ app and start using the other Jabra device. Then, open the Sound+ app again. Jabra Sound+ should now recognize the secondary Jabra device.
