The app The the app is really good
Love this program Great and wide range of in-home/ park exercises due to the pandemic. I’ve even recommended this app to friends and staff members. It keep me dedicated with the scheduling and pushes me pass my limit. And if I can’t do the workout I can just close the app 😭🥴😭
