[Rules for Automatic Subscription Renewal]
Welcome to enabling auto-renewal.
By enabling auto-renewal, you agree to these rules, which supplement and form part of the MojiWeather Membership Rights and Restrictions. In case of conflict, these rules prevail. To use the MojiWeather automatic renewal service, you must agree to these Rules and opt in via the designated settings page.
You acknowledge and agree that:
1. Subscription plans: Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Subscription
2. Subscription duration: 1 month / 3 months / 12 months
3. Service provided: MojiWeather membership benefits
4. Enabling Auto-renewal:
Requires an active Moji Weather membership.
By enabling this service, you acknowledge that:
Moji Weather will notify you via in-app notice or SMS 5 days before membership expiry.
If not canceled ≥24 hours before renewal, it will be deemed that you authorize MojiWeather to charge the monthly fee for the next billing cycle from the balance of your own prepaid account, or the third-party payment account, bank card, carrier billing, iTunes account, etc., that is linked to your Moji membership account (collectively referred to as “Accounts”) within 24 hours before expiry to extend your membership.
No separate authentication (passwords, SMS codes, etc.) will be required for this charge. Your membership must be bound to a valid payment account.
Successful charge requires sufficient funds. Failed payments void automatic renewal.
Renewal cycles follow calendar months (e.g., purchase on Feb 28, 2023 → expiry on Mar 28, 2023).
Auto-renewal status updates may experience delays; the in-app display is definitive.
5. Activating a paid membership forfeits any remaining trial days, resetting the service term.
6. Disable auto-renewal via:
Apple IAP Users: Open your iPhone “Settings” → Go to “iTunes & App Store” → Tap your Apple ID → Select “View Apple ID” → Enter the “Account Settings” page → Tap “Subscriptions” → Select MojiWeather Membership and cancel the subscription. *Note: Subscriptions auto-renew if not canceled ≥24 hours before the billing date.*
7. To terminate auto-renewal, follow the above steps or MojiWeather’s published procedures.
