Concept brilliant performance 👎 The idea to have smart bracelet that fits any watch and can convert any traditional watch into smart watch is outstanding and when I heard about it I ran searching for it and I struggled to source it out and finally I bought it.. it is Sony , Sleek looking and decent quality .. having that said I would like to say that now I have the wena3 since 3 years and I am setback with the performance: 1- connectivity: it keep disconnecting from iPhone, it need sign in every time I start the app to do the synchronization which should be something automatic! 2- Alexa is big disappointment as it keep disconnecting and I need to open the app each time I need to use Alexa to do the synchronize and after logging in I need to sync Alexa otherwise on wena3 it will show that Alexa is not ready!! And even when it connects to Alexa it is not fully supported ( no announcements, no music playing, no Alexa call , etc) 3- I had the rubber bracelet broken so I contacted #Sony to buy replacement rubber band or leather and they literally advised me to buy new entire Wena3 because they can’t or they don’t have spare parts for it!!! ( this is scandal)! 4- support: very bad support as they either neglect customers request and if they answer they send offhand apologies and no solutions 5- English support is not 100% especially when signing to Sony’s Wena3 site 6- 3d party integration: - it won’t support nfc payment unless you use Japanese bank so No Mastercard, No Visa, no ApplePay or Google Pay, No PayPal, No American Express, No dinners Club… NOTHING “ ONLY JAPANESE!!!!) - smart Home integration: it won’t work with-anything except RIIIVER and QRIO locks..what about Yale, Bosma , August, Schillage, Dorma .. any generic Smart Home device!!! NO NO IT HAS TO BE QRIO OR NOT!! Giving that Alexa is not fully supported and keep disconnecting from wena3 then it is useless for this tasks! Now I put it on once in a while when I want to change a little bit from my Apple Watch but I know that this is good for Receiving iPhone Notifications and Only when Bluetooth is not Disconnected!!! Shame that this could be much more if ONLY Sony want it to be but it seems that they have their own marketing scheme and they are not interested to go further more for this product & this is a shame because the solution could be just to unlock the device features or bring a software update and I know that Sony is more than capable but are they Welling!!! This is only Sony who can answer Till then international customers stuck with other Wena’s bracelets which are eather un pretty or outdated , or until another company such as Samsung or Huwawi decides to takeover… wishing to see such approach from other companies because I see big potential for this idea
