3D Amagumo Weather (with English menu) Yes, this is the 3D Amagumo (raincloud) weather app, even though there romaji is not in the App Store name (so you can't find it with a search), and it does have both an English and a Japanese interface.
Beyond that, the app looks good so far . . .
Uhmmmm The time does not match real time. About 10min difference. Hard to move around with finger.
