There is the following bug on the account creation screen. - The function to check that the password character limit has been exceeded is not implemented. - The error handling function from the server is not implemented. With this effect, you can easily fall into the next situation. 1. Enter characters that exceed the maximum number of characters in the password. 2. Since the app does not have a function to confirm that the password character limit has been exceeded, it is recognized as normal user registration information. 2. From the app, throw the user registration information "I believe only the app is normal" to the server. 3. The server returns an error indicating that the password character limit has been exceeded in the app. 4. Since the app does not implement error handling from the server, it cannot notify the user of the error and does not respond even if the account creation button is tapped. When I tried to create an account with a password of 32 characters on the Web version, an error was displayed that the maximum number of characters for the password was 25 characters. So, when I created an account with a password of 25 characters for the app version, I was able to register as a user without any problems. The department in charge of application development or the outsourced company has lost the part where the specification that there is an upper limit on the number of characters in the password is written to each other, and has not tested the connection with the server, right? After writing a functional specification, let's write an inspection specification that can verify it.
Unusable This app has been pretty bad for ages.
When I briefly switch to another app and come back to it while using this app, it freezes and closes. So even though I’m looking at a specific item, if I dare to close the app even for a second, I go back to square one. This is actually so annoying and really demotivates me to shop at H&M. I don’t remember what issues I had in the past but I think the app has had some problems for a while and hasn’t been fixed yet, which is pretty disappointing considering other big clothing brands have solid apps.
Also the limitation of how many items I can register as favourites puts me off so much. It’s just so inconvenient. It makes me not want to save any items because I can’t be asked to go through the list and delete some.
