What’s the point of this app? I ended up barely using this app. Why? Because the one thing it should do—pavilion reservations—can’t even be done in-app. Instead, I was constantly redirected to a web browser, where I had to log in repeatedly, verify my email every single time, and basically jump through hoops just to make or check bookings. Honestly, what is the point of having an app if it can’t handle the most essential task?
The interface is cluttered and overwhelming. There’s way too much unnecessary information crammed into each screen, while the actually important features are either missing or buried. The layout is just bad. Take the home tab, for example: on the day of the visit, what users likely want most is quick access to their QR code or reservation details. Instead, the top half of the home screen is wasted on a huge rotating banner—totally unintuitive.
Feels more like a website in app form than a tool designed to help visitors. Needs serious rethinking.
I also couldn’t find my booking details easily. Maybe they exist somewhere, but the UI is so poorly designed that I gave up trying to dig them out. And I never received any reminders for upcoming bookings, which should really be a basic feature.
Another major flaw: you can’t filter out fully booked pavilions. Every time I wanted to check availability, I had to scroll through the entire list manually—over and over—just to find a slot. Imagine doing this 20+ times a day. It’s maddening.
As for features that would be nice (though I understand they require coordination with each pavilion): -Real-time waiting times shown on the map -Icons indicating walk-in availability or reservation-only pavilions directly on the map
