service I did not have a good experience the first time I boarded this plane. I did not like the behavior of the employees here at the check in counter but inside the plane the crew were polite and helpful..so until now it is still the one I ride when i travel

Worst experience ever First of all, my flight from Denpasar to Kuala Lumpur got delayed for 4 hours. Then I missed my flight from KL to Osaka. When I’m going to the counter, they said they could only reschedule our flight to the same hour the next day. So they are asking us to wait around 19 hours in the airport. If we want to go to the hotel, we will have to paid the cost ourselves. We consider refunding but all the other flights available are extremely expensive since it’s last minute (not to mention we will still be arriving by the next day). So now I missed getting back to work on schedule and returning my wifi, etc. Another family going on vacation to Osaka also got mad because they are missing their hotel in Osaka and still have to paid their own hotel in Malay. I suggest not taking this airlines just because it’s a couple hundred bucks cheaper in the beginning. If there is a mistake on the schedule by their side, there will be no compensation and end up costing you more. The departure flight I have with them is also the most uncomfortable flight I have ever. I don’t know how I can contact a human operator of this company since the AI one only suggests rescheduling and refund.
