I really dislike this app The worst feature of this app is that blocked accounts keep showing up in my friend suggestions and you have to keep seeing people that you want to forget about. I have uninstalled LINE before hoping it would remove these recommendations but was not successful. I really don’t want to use LINE anymore but living in Japan I find it hard to live without it socially. PLEASE please disable this function immediately. Please respect and support those who’re trying to move on from painful memories in life - stalkers, heartbreaks, abusive bosses, bullies, to name a few. You don’t keep in touch with everyone you encounter in life. People move on. Please don’t allow them to see my current self. Please don’t remind me about them. It’s a serious human rights concern.

LINE has been the worst app ever in supporting customers to backup and restore chat history in a new device. Even though it is for personal security, there are many other ways not only can secure the account but also help users restore the chat easily. I feel so terrible and nervous whenever I use a new device. If it wasn’t because I am living in Japan and most of my colleagues use LINE for work, I would never use this social app in my life.
