互換性お使いのデバイスの項目で‏、‎数ヶ月に発売されたばかりのiPhoneXの互換性が確認できないのはなぜ？
Zero star Please read about my worst Apple experience. After purchasing a new iPhone 14 pro max, I was about to trade in my 13 pro max, when I had a problem, I called Apple support 3 times, but they hung up on me, gave me wrong information, and after talking for a few hours, they said it was ok and that they could fix the problem, but after a few hours, I got into incredible trouble that my trade-in was cancelled. The reason is because of the mistake of the Apple support staff, but I had to take responsibility for everything. And all 4 staff members were not knowledgeable enough and told me different things. I was shocked at the low level of support! This was the worst Apple experience I have ever had. Please do something Apple!

又、全くズレた絞り込みもされる。一例としては‏、‎スポーツバンド　と入力し‏、‎あなたのデバイス　で自分のApple watchを選択すると、バンドのコレクションを入れる為のバッグが出てくるだけ。バンドが一つも出てこないのは‏、‎酷い。
Apple Watch バンド　というワードで試しても、上位結果に同じ商品が出て、その下にはまたバンドと関係ない充電器、ケーブル、airpodsなどなど。
更に、あなたのデバイス　でApple Watch を選択していると、フィルタ　のApple Watch のところはブラックアウトされ使えない。
あなたのデバイス　の選択を解除して、フィルタ　でバンド　を選択してやっとバンドが表示された。
あなたのデバイス　を選択した際の絞り込み機能を是非改善してほしい。
