It’s a staple If you’re losing weight, gaining weight, bulking up or or I just generally curious about how many calories you’re eating in a day this app is honestly a staple! The barcode scanning feature is ingenious and it even works in different countries which makes it a lot easier to count calories even while travelling!
There is so much this app does in regards to offering meal plans and tracking fitness that honestly it’s an integral part of my fitness journey! I wish it wasn’t a subscription model but the base app works perfectly well and as someone who had to use the subscription in the past it is pretty decent.

Great to keep track I really like this app. I was able to lose 1.6 kilos in the first 2-3 weeks and I started with this app a week ago. Realized I was in taking much more than I thought I was.
I have only 1 complaint. For the the My recipes, I can only search for what already listed on the app. I can’t add my own measurements for what made. In the end, I gave up and found something that was close in calories. I know the carbs and the protein were off so that was a little irritating. I really don’t mind filling in my own nutrition parts for each ingredient I used. I’d like that option to choose, then I would be fully satisfied with this app.
