Best service ever! 素晴らしいすぎる！ This app will be my travel buddy! I am Japanese and I have traveled to many countries. Before Airalo, I had to think about where to buy a SIM card, struggle with long lines, pay random fees, etc.
Airalo came to simplify everything. I went to Thailand, and just before my departure (YES, INSIDE THE PLANE), I bought an eSIM for my trip.
Installation was super easy. When I landed in Thailand and turned on my phone, the magic happened. Inside the aircraft, I could connect to the network and use my phone online without any problems. Everything was so smooth.
After returning to Japan, I deleted the eSIM, and my life was back to normal. No strange fees and no roaming. PERFECT!!!
I recommend this app to anyone who will travel. Having a functional online smartphone is essential for any trip. Forget about connecting to random Wi-Fi networks and have safe internet with you!
From iPhone XR and up, eSIM is available. Please give it a shot!

Easy to use eSIM I used this for a trip to the US. The installation, purchase, and setup was as very easy. Data speeds and service coverage were what I would expect.
Airalo simply works, and works well. Since I did the setup and eSIM installation at home before travelling, it was very nice to have data the moment I landed and turned on my phone, before setting foot in the airport.
One small thing: If you install the eSIM at home before travelling, the eSIM will not be able to connect to the network, and the message(s) shown on the iPhone made me think there might be a problem. This is normal, but the installation instructions should say something about this to assure customers that everything is working fine.

Absolutely useless The first, the automatic APN set by default is itself wrong. Even if you manage to install an eSIM before your trip, it's not guaranteed to activate correctly on-site. It's better to plan your trip assuming that these types of eSIM services won't work, and if you encounter activation or communication errors, it's best to give up on them as a waste of money and purchase a local SIM instead. Actually, if you're in an area where you can't access the local network, you won't be able to receive support. And even if you manage to send a message using Wi-Fi, the reply might not come until hours later. Furthermore, there's no guarantee that any issues will be resolved, so it ultimately becomes a matter of being inexpensive but unreliable, which can result in a waste of your valuable time.
