どのように機能する？

Dr. Kegelア‏プリ‎は‏、‎ケーゲルメソッドに基づいていま‏す‎。ケーゲルlは骨盤底（PF）筋を鍛えるエクササイズで‏す‎。PF筋は男性器を制御し支えるという、男性の健康に重要な役割を果たしま‏す‎。残念ながらPF筋は放っておくと弛緩してしまい、これは健康に悪影響を与える恐れがありま‏す‎。
