Not very effective for the price or for neurodivergent people Used it for about a year. The only thing it does well is calculating sleep debt, which was very helpful for my non-typical lifestyle. But once its measurements were off it became impossible to adjust it manually, because there just isn’t an interface for it. The energy schedule is a nice idea, but sleep isn’t the only thing that affects that, and the graph can’t be manually adjusted either, so its completely inaccurate most of the time and therefore useless. Also, if you have any sleep disorders, which most people who have trouble sleeping have, the algorithm does a terrible job of accounting for it, so it’s not very effective overall. If they updated the algorithms to be more adaptive to its users, it might be more helpful, but the company doesn’t seem inclined to do that. Everything else the app offers is not data-driven and therefore kind of pseudoscience-y, which just clogs up the app and makes it very much not worth the price of the subscription. It’s definitely one of those things that started off genius and helpful, and then got bloated up by shareholders into a useless bit of junk. Too bad.
