I love this app and have a subscription. That said... I love this app. I have a paid subscription. It changed my life with how much better I feel and how much more I can get done at work. I don’t know what kind of black magic goes into their algorithm but their recommendations just work! They always pinpoint EXACTLY how I am feeling at the moment. It is incredible.
That said, it’s a tiny little startup and the support isn’t great. The widget is a little wonky. I really want the app to grow and get better, so I can’t give it a five at this state. So hence a four.
But this app really is amazing and I tell all my friends about it. Please do give it a try. If you’re like me, you will absolutely fall in love.

Inaccurate From Lack of Sufficient Data After completing the free 2 week trial, I have concluded that this app was pretty inaccurate. I have a smart watch that I slept with for the majority of the trial as I was believing that by doing so, the app would gather not only the length of my sleep, but also gathering data such as my heart rate, and whether or not I snored or moved during my sleep. I have tried the app’s “sleep detection feature,” but all it actually does is determine that you’re asleep if you don’t physically pick up your phone. I really thought that this app would help me gather more information about my sleeping patterns since I feel that I might have a sleeping disorder, such as sleep apnea. I thought that by using this app, I could bring in some helpful gathered data about my sleeping patterns as well as quality to a doctor who specializes in sleep disorders. Overall, I feel that if this app connected better with Apple’s Health app— such as asking for the permissions to also gather other significant and relatable data like one’s heart rate, the device’s microphone to gather breathing and voice patterns, etc., maybe it would be more accurate and helpful. I was always very disappointed that my energy levels of the day were always way off. It was never even close.

Unfortunately, I can’t afford to get the subscription so I’m going to have to delete the app. It would be great if there was a free version to this, even if the tools are limited. Or is there already? Please correct me if I’m wrong.
