Deceptive Billing and Poor Customer Service I had a terrible experience with PureVPN. The service quality was poor, so I stopped using it. However, they automatically charged me for a renewal without any prior notice. When I contacted customer support immediately after the transaction, they refused to issue a refund, citing their strict 31-day policy.
This is not a fair practice—customers should be notified before being charged, and refunds should be available for unwanted renewals. Their lack of flexibility and poor customer support have left me completely disappointed. I strongly advise against using this service.

Scammers! I bought service because it was cheap and promised “Mystery Box” after 45days. Servers crash offted, some countries does not even work and guess what?! Never recived even my “code”. Get literally anything else!! Do not use this Vpn. Worst one I used!!!
