I've lost 3200 yen for this without an explanation. It has been said that "Start your membership with a free 3-day trial. Once the trial is over, you'll be charged an annual subscription fee. Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period." I've press to that button, sign up for the trial, but when I've checked my visa's card, I've lost 3200 yen for 1-year use without the trial. I need an explanation on this and fix it for me.
デベロッパの回答 、 Thanks for your comment, Camera360 provides 3 days' VIP service's free trial, by starting it you have already officially agreed to subscribe. If the trial subscription is not cancelled 24 hours before the end, the Apple system will renew automatically and you will be charged, it's an iPhone logic: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039 and the Camera360 VIP Center also showed detailed information. iPhone subscriptions were linked with Apple ID, if you don't need any subscriptions, what you should do is follow the above Apple logic to cancel it first and then go to https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084 to submit a refund request as soon as possible, thank you.
