デベロッパの回答 、 I am sorry but your words have written based on some misunderstanding.
1. iOS 13.1.x versions have a bug of text crash. If you are using pdf-notes for iPad (iap) 13.2.2 or 13.2.3 versions, you will be free from the bug.
2. iOS 13.2.x versions have no such a bug so that you will be free from the bug if you are using iOS 13.2.x.
3. You are using pdf-notes for iPad (iap) 13.2.3 version and it requires iOS 13.2 or higher version. It means you are using iOS 13.2.x & pdf-notes for iPad (iap) 13.2.3 so that you should be free from the bug.
4. You would better to check if you had the bug or not before writing a review.
5. The text crash bug is caused by iOS 13.1.x not pdf-notes. It's not my bug but Apple's bug. And I already gave you the 13.2.2 & 13.2.3 versions to avoid Apple's text crash bug. I can not fix it because it's not my code but Apple's.
I hope my words can help you to understand correctly.
