30 days money-back promise is a lie Got the app, opened it and was immediately exposed to a pop-up promising me a 7 days free trial+30 days money-back guarantee if I subscribed for a 1 year plan. And what do you know? Got charged right away with no feature to retract the payment. When I tried contacting the support, they just shrug their shoulders and told me they couldn’t make a refund since it’s Apple who won’t let them make one. What a bunch of liars! Why do you promise refunds when you simply don’t even try to make one and just shift the blame on others? If you promise a refund, be nice and at least specify that it’s only available in specific cases. Bye my 50+$

We are able to issue refunds for the payments that were made while using other payment processors, but unfortunately, we're not able to issue the refunds for the payments that are made via Apple Store or Amazon Store as it is stated in our Terms of Service.
