It is not possible to start a trial or subscription without actively doing so, terms and prices would have been presented and you would have had to have confirmed. Subscriptions auto renew, if you did not end your trial apple would have renewed you for a subscription to iTranslate PRO. You can cancel this via the subscription settings on your device. Go to Settings > iTunes & App Store> Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen> Tap View Apple ID. You can also use the "Manage Subscriptions link in the app settings menu.
