Terrible app! Never eligible for a refund even within free trial period! The user experience of this app is terrible! I’ve signed up for a week trial but they charged me a full year fee straight after. I’ve asked for a refund, but they said I’m not eligible. Such a scam! The app also keeps recommending me new subscription plans, which are all very confusing! It’s extremely hard to understand what’s included in each plan, which makes us buy wrong subscription plans too. I will NOT recommend this service to anybody, not getting a refund without any actual service offering is just unbearable. Please don’t buy this product.
