An Australian Government mobile application that you can use to lodge an Australian Electronic Travel Authority (ETA) application. The ETA allows eligible passport holders to travel to Australia for short-term stays for tourism or business visitor purposes.
See the Electronic Travel Authority website to find out more and check your eligibility to apply: https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/getting-a-visa/visa-listing/electronic-travel-authority-601

Difficult to use This app is difficult to take photos with if you don’t have any natural light. Shadows and reflections on the passport makes it difficult to take a clear picture and trying to take a photo of an 8 month old baby is also very difficult. Spent way more time than what I should trying to complete the application process. Plus, when entering your address, there’s a box that says ‘address search’ and it searches for an address as you type in your own. My address didn’t come up in the system, so I could only manually type it, but the button to enter the address manually was above the keyboard on my iPad and a little difficult to notice it was there. It should have been at the top of the screen next to the ‘address search’ box. Having an app to get the ETA Visa should make things a lot easier than before but my experience of doing it, compared to the older ‘online’ way was a lot more difficult and frustrating.
