Bad connection I recently got the Beoplay H95 headphones and was looking forward to using them. The sound was great when we tried it in the store, and the functions (bluetooth connection, touch controls, etc) all worked fine. However when I tried it at home, the headphones keep disconnecting from my iPhone every half minute or so. I've tried reconnecting, erasing the product and adding it again, turning it off and on, but nothing seems to work. I am not a tech person so I cannot understand why this isn't working but there are no online resources from your official website that has anything that could help me. I'm sure if this problem is fixed the headphones would work and sound great but until then I am disappointed that I can't even use it.
